sectors, Jim has a hands-on knowledge of what is expected and required by clients seeking a top class recruitment service.
This understanding of clients' needs has been instrumental in the development of the unique business model now in operation at DGH.
This unique business model is based on teams of recruitment consultants specialising in specific IT technologies and structures to mirror our clients' IT departments. This ensures strong links throughout our clients' organisations based on communication through our industry-qualified specialists with
the relevant technical and industry knowledge.
Jim plays a key role with both clients and candidates and also the specialist teams at DGH on a daily basis.
In his spare time Jim is a keen golfer and follower of sport in general and an avid reader of biographies and motivational literature.
Kelly Hunt
Human Resources Manager
Kelly manages the administration team at DGH.
She is CIPD qualified and has over ten years human resource management experience.
Her main priorities are to create and maintain a motivated, skilled and qualified workforce; ensuring company legal compliance and best practice; and to oversee the maintenance of company databases and personnel records.
Jeanette Howarth
Head of Finance
Jeanette joined DGH Recruitment in May 1999 as an accounts assistant, and as
the company has grown so have Jeanette's responsibilities and knowledge.
Jeanette manages a team of accounts assistants, as well as having the
responsibility of all aspects of finance, for DGH Recruitment and its sister
companies. She also oversees accounts for our external customers.
Jeanette's main responsibilities are to manage every aspect of the accounting cycle and to ensure that her team are trained and motivated to provide an excellent service to all our clients and customers.
Jeanette enjoys looking after her grandchildren, and socialising with friends and family.
