DGH, Derek is a highly motivated and knowledgeable recruitment professional.
Derek heads the client relationship team and is responsible for ensuring that DGH are continually delivering the best results and highest levels of customer service.
Derek lives in West Sussex with his wife and two children.
Chris Walsh
Client relationship manager
Having over fifty years' commercial experience, working in sales, training and
marketing for a number of financial institutions Chris has now been working
for DGH since November 2000.
Chris has a successful record in dealing with many high profile
clients in the City and strongly believes that the keys to success are really listening to what the clients require
and building long-term ethical and reliable relationships. He also believes that it is essential to enjoy the job that you do.
Chris lives in West Sussex, has four children and three grandchildren, and in his spare time he enjoys playing and performing music, collecting antiques and staying in touch with family and friends.
Neil Braddon
Client relationship manager: Legal IT
Neil is a dedicated, client relationship manager with over eleven
years full recruitment life cycle experience (for professional services
organisations) all gained at DGH Recruitment.
During his tenure, Neil has developed strong, long lasting relationships with IT departments, Human
resource functions
and candidates in providing a consistently high-level all-round recruitment
service.
Neil lives on Brighton seafront with his partner, two daughters and a guitar.
Anthony Hibbert
Client relationship manager: Legal IT
Anthony is a client relationship manager with a successful record of recruiting to the
legal IT and LLP sectors.
He delivers a highly professional service focusing on building strong, long-term relationships and understanding and exceeding his clients' needs.
Anthony lives in Haywards Heath with his girlfriend. Outside of work, he plays county level football and also enjoys playing golf in the summer months.
Danny Brown
Client relationship manager
Danny is a Client relationship manager at DGH and has spent 15 years in the IT recruitment sector.
He looks after some of the most recognisable brands in their respective industries. He is a firm believer in client/candidate/recruiter partnerships and works to the ethic that the relationship is the most important part of the recruitment process.
Danny lives in Brighton with his partner and three children. When he is not in the office or spending time with the children he can be found either gardening or on the golf course trying to reduce his current handicap of 5.
Shelley Millea
Client Relationship Manager
Shelley has a solid background within the recruitment industry and has gained extensive knowledge of the
telecoms industry, where she has a large client base, as well as developing business within
general IT recruitment.
She has a strong network of both candidates and senior managers up to board
level.
Shelley's strength is to focus on each individual to either assist them in their recruitment needs or to find them the perfect role. She believes in building relationships to
enhance opportunities, this is evident by her level of repeat business and recommendations.

Phillip Howard-Brand
Client Relationship Manager
Phil's background in customer service and relationship-building,
allows him to engage with clients and candidates at a personal level.
He utilises this to build and maintain his professional network whilst remaining
approachable and efficient in order to deliver excellent
levels of service.
Phil enjoys playing a range of musical instruments and is always striving to
learn a new one. He enjoys visiting his local beach and enjoys
cheesy action movies.
Gareth Johnson
Client Relationship Manager
Gareth has worked at DGH since April 2007. He is a senior consultant in the
Projects area of IT, which covers business analysis, project management, programme
management and
coordinator positions.
Because of his exceptional people skills, Gareth has developed a number of key
contacts, both candidates and clients. He is extremely keen to succeed and deliver a high quality service in all the work he does.
