Jim Fleckney
Director: Service delivery
Jim joined DGH in February 2000, excelling in providing market-leading
candidates across multiple vertical markets covering all sectors of IT.
Currently responsible for the training and on-going development of the Specialist Resource Teams, Jim takes pride in every
piece of work undertaken by DGH while ensuring continuous improvement and a seamless service to candidates and clients alike.
In his spare time Jim plays golf and enjoys football.
Sue Cooper (nee Day)
Team leader: IT Service support
Suzanne overseas the team who specialise in ITIL and Service desk recruitment, placing candidates across multiple industry sectors.
She has been with DGH Recruitment since 2005 and has built up a strong understanding of her area and the clients she recruits for.
Suzanne is very passionate about keeping in touch with people and believes excellent communication with candidates and clients is essential to success.
In her spare time Suzanne enjoys playing badminton and spending her Saturday afternoons watching her local football team.
Paul Wilkinson
Team leader: IT Development
Paul is the team leader for the Development team, covering .Net, Java, Mobile Testing
Development and Architecture, across a number of industries, including
media, financial services, publishing and legal.
He excels at
providing excellent candidates that match his clients' needs across all levels
of their business, by specialising in the development arena Paul has ensured that
he can provide candidates who have strong and relevant technical skills and have the right personality to fit into clients' teams.
Paul has been working for DGH Recruitment since November 2007.
Matt Harper
Team leader: IT Projects
Matt is a Senior Consultant covering a wide range of vertical markets (banking, insurance, law, non-profit/charities, telecommunications and technologies.
He's also lead for his Projects team, covering Business Analyst, Project Managers, Programme Managers and Coordinators.
Ross Mackenzie
Team leader: Legal IT
Ross has worked at DGH since February 2007, and has built up extensive experience and knowledge of the legal market place.
Ross oversees a team that specialises in recruiting for all areas of Legal IT.
Through his knowledge, hard work and excellent people skills, Ross has developed a number of
key clients, contacts and candidates, both in and out of legal. He is extremely passionate about his work and
is keen to succeed and deliver a high quality service to both clients and candidates.
Brendan Leahy
Team leader: Network IT
Brendan is the team leader for the Network IT team, and specialises in 3rd/4th Line Server and Cisco support.
Brendan has been at DGH since May 2005. During this time he has gained a recognised certificate from the Recruitment
and Employment Confederation. Brendan is very professional and successful in sourcing the right candidates for his roles.
His peers have consistently highlighted that he is patient and has time for people which he uses to bring security and a sense of commitment to the team as well as
to the task at hand.
Brendan is a keen footballer and attends a local gym where he spends a lot of time.
He also enjoys spending time with his friends.
