Established in 1998, DGH Recruitment are a highly experienced team of specialist IT recruiters. Covering both contract and permanent recruitment as well as co-sourcing, managed service and executive search for some of the UK and Europe’s largest professional services and blue-chip firms, we have demonstrated ongoing dedication to exceeding our client’s expectations by nurturing lasting business partnerships.

We have seen growth year on year, recently acquiring new offices allowing for further expansion within our business.

Why DGH?

Our team of Client Relationship Managers are supported by both our Specialist Resource Team and our Client Support Team meaning each Client Relationship Manager can dedicate themselves fully to understanding your business and your recruitment needs. We can therefore provide not only an excellent technical match but also the right person for your company’s unique culture.

Our Specialist Resourcers are structured to mirror a typical IT department, each immersing themselves in a particular IT discipline, giving us an unrivalled understanding and access to a network of exclusive candidates.

We feel strongly that we owe our success to a unique business model and company structure . With a ratio of 3 Specialist Resourcers to every 1 Client Relationship Manager, we can focus on finding the right candidates for your company, rather than concentrating on the volume of requirements coming in. DGH are therefore able to fulfil our commitment to each client delivering the best candidates for even the most challenging position.
