Professional umbrella service. No salesmen, no hype, no hidden fees just great service at £10 per week or £30 per month.
What is an Umbrella Company? - An Umbrella Company provides a readymade invoicing vehicle for contractors whilst also removing the administrative duties normally associated with contracting in the form of a Personal Service Company. The Umbrella Company normally issues invoices on the contractors behalf, collects payments from clients/agencies, calculates tax and N.I contributions and pays the contractor their net pay direct to their personal bank account.
Traditionally, Umbrella Companies were more expensive than running your own Limited Company, mainly because their charges included all the administration overheads, and they tended not to offer the same tax advantages. With the introduction of IR35 the tax disadvantages of Umbrella Companies have been reduced and a new breed of internet based umbrella companies have emerged.
DGH Payroll Services was established in August 2005 to provide an in-house service to our contractors. What we realised was it was taking contractors 5-7 days to set up an Umbrella company, therefore DGH Payroll seemed the simple solution to benefit the contractor.
Why?
Because you are using DGH Recruitment as your Recruitment Agency we at DGH Payroll Services are already familiar with you as a Contractor therefore in a quick phone-call we can have you set up on our Payroll as simple as that.
All we then require from you is your Bank Details and your P45 (if you have no P45 we can supply you with a P46). We can pay you more quickly that an outside agent as we deal directly with you rather than a third party.
All contractor/temporary workers need Professional Indemnity insurance. It protects you from the potential costs should any damage/loss or injury arise to any party resulting from negligent acts during an assignment. DGH Payroll Services can provide you with this cover.
You're also covered by our Employer's Liability insurance, should you suffer any injury while you're at work.
Your status as a contractor will not be affected and your working processes will not be altered but you will have the assurance that you are working in a manner which is completely compliant with current employment and financial legislation.
Payments by BACS every Wednesday ensuring you have funds by Friday of each week. Registration is free and if you don’t work you don’t have to pay. FOR MORE DETAILED INFORMATION AND AN INDIVIDUAL SAMPLE CALCULATION — PLEASE click here to contact us. |
