DGH Recruitment

Policies

People are the key to any success in any service company and our staff fully understand the meaning of the word 'service'. DGH have an unprecedented low rate of staff turnover, ensuring continuity for the client and security for our staff. DGH adheres to a strict code of practise and works ethically on behalf of all clients and candidates. We work closely with all our clients to build a true understanding of client business; Account managers serve as a single point of contact, drawing upon teams of recruiters who understand the client's technology, industry and culture. We invest heavily in staff training and development, endeavouring to increase staff business acumen and nurture loyalty to DGH. This in turn benefits clients and candidates who both receive a knowledgeable and consistent level of service.
