Dominic holds a wealth of experience in IT recruitment having successful placed candidates in roles from ‘IT Support’ up to ‘Head Of’ level in a variety of sectors including Legal, Accountancy, Insurance, Housing, Charity and Media.
He currently oversees the team specialising in recruitment of IT projects staff including Project Managers and Business Analysts and aims to provide clients with the highest quality candidates to meet their requirements, and making sure that candidates are guided towards roles that match their expectations and skill sets.
Outside of work Dominic enjoys playing football and cheering on Pompey; going to the gym; and working his way through box sets on Netflix.

Sue has been with DGH Recruitment since 2005 and has built up a strong understanding of her area and the clients she recruits for. Sue is very passionate about keeping in touch with people and believes excellent communication with candidates and clients is essential to success. Scott joined DGH Recruitment in Spring 2019 and in a short time has built a strong understanding of the market and his clients. He is part of the Senior Appointments and Projects division at DGH Recruitment and specialises in recruiting for both permanent and contract roles across the UK. He is passionate about his work and provides an honest and reliable service which adds value to both his clients and candidates.
Outside of work, Scott enjoys watching F1 and attends races when he can, he also enjoys reading and listening to music but above all of this, he enjoys exploring the outdoors with his young daughter.

Lyle joined DGH Recruitment in January 2018, and has gone on to become an indispensable member of the team.

Following Marc’s graduation from St Mary’s University he spent the next 15 years as a recruitment consultant carving out a career path in the industry that was to eventually combine with his passion for Information Technology and lead him to specialising within the IT sector before recently joining DGH in 2022.
He prides himself on building relationships and offering an experienced and consultative approach to the recruitment process.
Away from work, he is involved with Table Tennis to a very high level, he was ranked in the top 100 players in the UK, was Surrey men’s champion and regularly represents Sussex at county events. As a coach he has trained multiple players to county, national and international success.

Andrew joined DGH Recruitment in June 2010 after completing Sixth Form College. Since being at DGH he has gained both excellent knowledge and experience within the IT Industry, sourcing first class professionals across most IT positions, and is currently working within Data and Testing.
Andrew always ensures that he maintains both a professional and positive relationship with candidates and clients, making sure that they receive the greatest service from DGH Recruitment.
