Anthony Hibbert
Head of Client Relations
Anthony has over 20 years IT Recruitment experience and a highly successful track record of recruiting to many legal and professional services organisations across all areas of IT.
He delivers a highly professional service focussing on building long-term relationships whilst understanding and exceeding his clients needs and expectations.
Anthony lives in Haywards Heath with his wife & children. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, socialising with friends, keeping fit and being a fair weather golfer.

Neil Braddon
Client Relationship Director
A business focused IT recruitment practitioner since 2000, Neil provides quality and expertise to the services DGH Recruitment provides our clients and candidates.
As Client Relationship Director, Neil’s role is to develop the DGH portfolio and enhance how we deliver IT resources to the changing needs of our clients.
Neil is Recruitment and Employment Confederation certified recruiter, with a proven background of providing consultative Executive level and Retained Search services to our clients, sourcing senior IT executives not visible in the market place.
An ex chef, marathon runner and guitar wielder, Neil is always interested in pushing physical and creative pursuits in his spare time.

Ben Molloy
Client Relationship Director
Ben began his IT recruitment career in 2008, recruiting across various sectors in both the UK and Europe including: Financial Services, Legal, Retail and Not-for-Profit organisations. Having joined DGH in 2015, he brings a wealth of industry knowledge and is now responsible for building and maintaining long term relationships with senior management, HR and business decision makers.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with his two sons and is a season ticket holder at Tottenham.

Gareth Johnson
Client Relationship Director
Gareth joined DGH in 2007. He is an experienced Consultant that has developed a broad knowledge base in IT recruitment, consistently connecting talented professionals with top-tier companies in the legal and Professional Services Sector.
Building lasting partnerships is at the core of his approach. Fostering open lines of communication, understanding client requirements, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. Gareth’s ability to forge strong client relationships has been instrumental in his success as a Recruitment Consultant. He strives to provide a positive experience for both candidates and clients, ensuring that their expectations are met with the utmost dedication and respect.
Outside of work Gareth enjoys golf, football (is a passionate Everton fan) and spending time with his family, 2 young sons and his friends.

Kelly Brittain
HR & Client Services Manager
Kelly is a CIPD Level 7 qualified HR professional who heads up the Client Services Team. With over 20 years HR experience, she is responsible for the day to day recruitment operations, the company’s legal compliance, in addition the wellbeing of all the employees at DGH Recruitment. Kelly is very family orientated and in her spare time she loves to travel in both the UK and rest of the world.

The Client Services Department manages the full Recruitment Lifecycle from vacancy to candidate engagement.
Katie has played an integral part of this team since 2011 and continually develops its direction within the business.
She ensures our clients are dealt with in a timely & professional manner prioritising best practice and ensuring high standards are adhered to.

He currently oversees the team specialising in recruitment of IT projects staff including Project Managers and Business Analysts and aims to provide clients with the highest quality candidates to meet their requirements, and making sure that candidates are guided towards roles that match their expectations and skill sets.
Outside of work Dominic enjoys playing football and cheering on Pompey; going to the gym; and working his way through box sets on Netflix.

The networks team recruit high calibre professionals across the IT Infrastructure, Networks and Security (both Information & Cyber) space. With an increasing demand for cloud based infrastructure, this includes technology such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Office 365, Microsoft 365, Modern Endpoint Management, Software Defined Networking (SDN) and Next Generation Firewalls (NGFW).

Andrew joined DGH Recruitment in June 2010 after completing Sixth Form College. Since being at DGH he has gained both excellent knowledge and experience within the IT Industry, sourcing first class professionals across most IT positions, and is currently working within Data and Testing.
Andrew always ensures that he maintains both a professional and positive relationship with candidates and clients, making sure that they receive the greatest service from DGH Recruitment.
Outside of work Andrew is a sports fan enjoying rugby, cricket and F1. He also enjoys cooking, socialising with friends as well as an interest in classic vehicles.

The development team specialise in recruiting professionals across Development and Testing such as .Net/Java Developers, Architects (Data, Enterprise, Solutions, Technical), SAP Functional/Non Functional, DBA’s (Oracle/SQL), Test Managers and Test Analysts.
