Team Lead

Gary joined DGH in November 2010. Since then he has acquired an in-depth knowledge of both recruitment and the IT industry. Gary heads up the team responsible for placing candidates that sit within a PMO function across our client portfolio. In his spare time Gary participates in a variety of sports. His main achievement was representing the Great Britain under 25s’ baseball team in major international tournaments.

Project Specialist

Emily is a highly motivated and extremely experienced recruitment specialist who started at DGH Recruitment in 2011, she has a wealth of recruitment and operational experience and consistently delivers first class customer service, with a personable approach she has built her credible reputation meeting the demands of clients, providing them with quality candidates whilst ensuring that her candidates are guided towards positions that match their expectations.
Emily lives in Brighton and in her spare time enjoys cooking, spending time with her husband, walking her dog and supporting her favorite football team, Arsenal.

Sue Cooper

Projects Specialist

Sue has been with DGH Recruitment since 2005 and has built up a strong understanding of her area and the clients she recruits for. Sue is very passionate about keeping in touch with people and believes excellent communication with candidates and clients is essential to success. In her spare time, Sue enjoys spending time with her children and spending her Saturday afternoons watching Brighton and Hove Albion.

Nathan is an experienced CertRP Recruitment professional with over 6 years’ experience of working within the recruitment industry across a range of market sectors.
He specialises in the recruitment of candidates within the Project Management Office structure.

Team Lead

Dominic oversees the team that specialises in IT support, including ITIL and service delivery roles. He is concerned with providing clients with the highest quality candidates to meet their requirements, and making sure that candidates are guided towards roles that match their expectations and skill sets. Dominic offers a professional and dedicated service; he is aiming for a successful career in recruitment. Dominic is a Sports Science graduate and in his spare time enjoys playing football and going to the gym, as well as socialising with friends.

Lee Middleton

Legal Specialist

Lee joined DGH in December 2015 after completing his degree at Canterbury Christ Church University. Since being at DGH he has gained an excellent knowledge within the legal IT industry, placing many candidates within the top law firms based in London. Working within this niche market, Lee always ensures that candidates and clients are provided with the finest service from DGH Recruitment. Furthermore, Lee is always looking to expand on his IT knowledge and keeping up to date with modern technology to expand his network across the sector. Moving away from work, Lee enjoys watching and playing football (When not injured that is), socialising and watching films.

Alex overseas the team that specialises in the recruitment of high calibre candidates for the areas of IT Infrastructure, Networks and Security. He prides himself on his and his team’s ability to provide a truly consultative approach to the recruitment process in order to fulfil the needs of both candidates and a wide range of reputable clients. Alex is a graduate from Portsmouth University and in his spare time enjoys playing football, golf, going to the gym and socialising with friends.

Matthew Watts

Matthew joined DGH Recruitment in August 2013 and has since developed a very strong understanding of the IT Recruitment industry.
He began working as a junior member of the Infrastructure and Networking Division, and made an instant impact successfully placing a wide range of high quality candidates nationally as well as internationally on both contract and permanent basis.
In his spare time Matthew is a keen footballer. Prior to joining DGH Recruitment, Matthew was a successful international DJ.

Andrew joined DGH recruitment in June 2010 after completing Sixth Form College. Since being at DGH he has gained both excellent knowledge and experience within the Legal IT Industry, sourcing first class legal professionals. Andrew always ensures that he maintains both a professional and positive relationship with candidates and clients, making sure that they receive the greatest service from DGH Recruitment. Working within the niche market of the legal IT Sector, he continues expanding his knowledge and developing his network across the sector. Outside of work Andrew is an avid rugby fan, supporting the Harlequins. He also enjoys cooking and socialising with friends.

Adam Coleman

Adam joined DGH Recruitment in October 2016 making his first steps into a career in recruitment after spending a few years working in sales and retail. Since joining the Support team at DGH he has quickly developed a strong understanding of the IT recruitment industry especially around sourcing quality candidates. Outside of work Adam spends his time socialising with friends, playing golf and watching football supporting Chelsea FC.
